Tom Hishon (Co-Founder)

Head chef and co-owner of Orphans Kitchen, DAILY BREAD and kingi. 2016 Metro Chef of the Year & Cuisine Magazine’s inaugural Innovation in Food award. Tom believes our natural environment is essential to our food identity.
